Healthylife contains 8 therapeutic doses of tadalafil used to treat erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. This medication is not recommended for use in women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. PDE5 inhibitors can interfere with the function of the cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) enzyme, causing penile vasodilation. PDE5 inhibitors may cause an increased risk of priapism, a long-lasting and potentially painful erection that may be permanent. In addition, tadalafil may temporarily impair the erectile function of the penis, which may lead to decreased sexual desire, erectile dysfunction, impotence or other effects on sexual performance. Sexual stimulation is not required for tadalafil to be effective. Tadalafil is not recommended for use in children under 18 years of age.

1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
Nitrates andAlpha-blockers ( nitroglycerin and isosorbide dinitrate) can cause low blood pressure ( hypotension) by reducing blood flow to the penis, which can lead to symptoms like dizziness or fainting. If you miss a dose, contact your doctor.
If you take Cialis with a aback you or if the erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek medical attention immediately. Priapism is the lasting loss of penis blood flow that can range in severity from brief dizziness to sudden erections lasting more than 4 hours.

If you take Cialis with a mindful eating, avoid consuming grapefruit or grapefruit juice while taking this medication.
Men who have taken the first pill in the first three months of 2021 are “at risk” of a very serious condition called “stroke”, a new study shows.
The findings of two other observational studies, in 2021 and 2022, were published online today.
In the, researchers found that men who took the first dose of Viagra (sildenafil) or its generic equivalent, Cialis (tadalafil), were more likely to have a stroke than men who took the generic drug only. Viagra users also had more strokes.
They found that those who took Viagra in the first three months of 2021 were “at risk” of a very serious condition called “stroke”.
“The results of the observational study show that erectile dysfunction is more common in men who take Viagra or Cialis than in those who take the generic drug only,” the researchers say.
“If men take Viagra, they are at risk of stroke, and if they take Cialis, they are at risk of stroke.”
This study was done in more than 100,000 men, including men who have been diagnosed with erectile dysfunction, according to the new findings.
Dr. Emily Carter of the University of California, San Francisco, and colleagues conducted a follow-up, cross-sectional study of men aged 18 to 55 who took Viagra (sildenafil) or Cialis (tadalafil) for three months before their stroke.
The researchers followed those who used the erectile dysfunction drug for the first three months.

The study, which was conducted in the, showed that those who took Viagra in the first three months of 2021 were “at risk” of a very serious condition called “stroke”.
In the study, the researchers did a review of the data and found that men who took Viagra or Cialis for three months were at increased risk of a “stroke” compared to those who took Viagra only.
“If you think that these men, or their partners, have a stroke, and they take Viagra, and they take Cialis, and they take Viagra only, they will be at increased risk of a stroke,” the study says.
The researchers say they are continuing to examine the study in more detail.
“We are looking at men who have been diagnosed with ED, and we will continue to examine the men who take Viagra or Cialis, as well as those who take Viagra in the first three months of 2021, and those who take Viagra only in the first three months of 2021,” the study says.
